Syllabus
Physical Fitness and health skills will be taught throughout the year. A variety of cardiovascular, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility exercises will be explored to give my students a working knowledge that they can use as skills for a lifetime of health, fitness, and well being. We will also use a variety of different sports to learn the fundamentals needed to participate in these sports in both a recreational as well as more serious athletic environment if the pandemic allows.
